Ordering - step by step

Whether it's a weekly shop or just a few items, meat or vegan, alone or with friends and colleagues - simply put your shopping together via our online shop. On the day of delivery, our drivers collect the ordered products very early in the morning - fresh that day directly from fishermen, local farms and our partners among direct marketers. We coordinate the exact time of delivery with you via WhatsApp, SMS or email. If it is easier for you, you can pick up your order conveniently and flexibly at one of our pick-up points, with a 5% discount for pick-up. If you have any questions, you can reach us Mon-Fri from 10:00-18:00 by phone at +99999999999 or by email at cvo@unco.club. We deliver twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders are accepted until 14.00 the day before.

What if a product is not available?

We do our best to ensure that all products are delivered to you. However, we hope and ask for your understanding if an item has to be replaced or is missing in exceptional cases - this can happen occasionally, especially with fisheries or farms. In such cases, we endeavour and reserve the right to replace the product with an item of equal value - for example, to get the eggs from the neighbouring farm or to take apples of a similar variety. If you are not satisfied, you naturally have the right to refuse acceptance. Payment methods You can currently pay at UNCO using PayPal or by invoice. We are working at full speed to be able to accept other payment methods, such as credit cards, soon. Delivery & collection We deliver twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays. You can pick up your order conveniently and flexibly at one of our pick-up points and there is always a 5% discount for pick-up. The cost of delivery for an individual order is €5.00. From an order value of €42.00, delivery is free of charge.
