General Terms and Conditions for Buyers

Welcome to UNCO Club!

The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all transactions that you carry out as a buyer on our online platform UNCO Club.

What UNCO Club does

UNCO Club provides the online platform on which all participants can carry out business transactions as buyers or producers. UNCO Club takes over the joint external appearance, the operation of the online platform and the handling of the ordering and payment processes, but does not itself become a party to a purchase contract between buyers and producers.

UNCO Club does not assume any guarantee for the purchase contracts concluded or for their fulfilment, nor does it assume any liability for material defects or defects of title in the products.

 

Your role at UNCO Club

UNCO Club offers you the opportunity to order, collect or have regional products delivered from the comfort of your own home. To do this, you must register with UNCO Club and thereby confirm our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

UNCO Club reserves the right to block customers. This occurs in particular if customers violate existing legal regulations or breach contractual agreements or their obligations under this contract - e.g. by providing false information when registering to use the marketplace - or if other UNCO Club participants claim a violation of the law. In the event of such an infringement allegation, UNCO Club will forward the relevant information to the customer. UNCO Club is not obliged to check the content of the allegations. The blocking can take place without prior notice if UNCO Club has a legitimate interest in immediate blocking.

The data provided by you will of course be treated as strictly confidential and will not be passed on to third parties, except to the extent necessary in the course of order processing to the respective producer.

 

You therefore agree that your personal data will be stored and processed in compliance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act. This data will be used, to the extent necessary, to fulfil legal requirements, to process the order, for customer care and for marketing purposes. Furthermore, you agree to receive e-mails from UNCO Club for advertising purposes - this consent can be revoked at any time.

To order from UNCO Club, you as a buyer can select your desired products from the producer's direct range and add them to the shopping basket. The prices shown are the retail price; you will not be charged any additional fees (with the exception of shipping costs or fees for pick-up points). By clicking on "Order with obligation to pay", you accept the offer made by the producer with binding effect and conclude the purchase contract with the producer for the goods ordered.

Purchasing from UNCO Club is distance selling. You therefore have the right to withdraw from the contract within 5 days. However, this does not apply to perishable goods or goods that have already been opened.

If you have ordered something unintentionally, you can contact us at cvo@unco.club or by phone at +9999999999 and we will cancel your order if it has not yet been prepared for dispatch. You are cancelling the contract and we will inform the producer for you.

UNCO Club does not have access to stored payment data and is not responsible for data security or for incorrect bookings caused by errors on the part of the payment provider. IMPORTANT: Please note that a transaction brokered by UNCO Club is a contract of sale between you and the relevant manufacturer. Your rights and obligations are governed by general contract law in accordance with the Serbian Civil Code. The goods are not delivered within the delivery period or not delivered at all The delivery period is 1-4 days and starts from the moment the order is received. This rule is always valid unless you have agreed with the manufacturer on something else, e.g. purchase by appointment (for pre-orders, etc.)
